  • What causes this issue?

    You have changed either the account type (customer type) or the product
    planning basis. The planning profile group you selected does not match
    the new account type or product planning basis.

    System Response

    The system keeps the value for the planning profile group, but issues an
    error message.

    How to fix this error?

    Three possible solutions:
    1. Select any other planning profile group from the list of available
    planning profile groups. The system then removes the invalid entry from
    the list of available planning profile groups.
    2. Change the value for either the account type or the product planning
    basis back to the value you entered before the error was issued.
    3. Ask your system administrator to change the Customizing to allow the
    selected planning profile group for the selected account type and
    product planning basis.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    You may change the settings in Customizing for <LS>Customer Relationship
    Management -> Marketing -> Marketing Planning And Campaign Management ->
    Key Figure Planning -> Define Planning Profile Groups</>.
