This typically occurs in the context of pricing in SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) when you are trying to create or modify a charge plan that involves pricing conditions.
Cause:
The error arises when:
- Mixed Pricing Types: You are trying to use both manual pricing and condition records (which are typically predefined pricing rules) in the same charge plan. SAP does not allow this mix because it can lead to inconsistencies in pricing calculations.

Solution:
To resolve the error, you can take the following steps:
Review Pricing Configuration:
- Check the pricing procedure configuration in your SAP system to ensure that it is set up correctly for the charge plan you are working with. Make sure that the procedure allows for either manual pricing or condition records, but not both.
Adjust Charge Plan:
- If you are using manual pricing, ensure that you do not have any condition records defined for the same charge plan. Conversely, if you want to use condition records, remove any manual pricing entries.
Data Validation:
- Validate the data you are entering in the charge plan. Ensure that you are not inadvertently mixing manual and condition-based pricing.
Consult Documentation:
- Refer to SAP documentation or help resources for specific guidelines on pricing procedures and charge plans. This can provide insights into how to properly configure and use pricing in your scenario.
Seek Help from SAP Support:
