When copying or deleting a fund which is assigned to a partner
hierarchy, the fund status is set accordingly to <LS>released</> /
    <LS>cancelled / locked</> or <LS>closed</>. This process can fail,
    possible reasons are:
The fund set which the fund belongs to is deactivated, thus preventing

transfered/canceled before the fund status <LS>closed</> can be set
The fund is corrupted, thus preventing any status changes.
