Message text: Could not set status '&1' for fund '&2', description '&3', type '&4'
When copying or deleting a fund which is assigned to a partner
hierarchy, the fund status is set accordingly to <LS>released</> /
<LS>cancelled / locked</> or <LS>closed</>. This process can fail,
possible reasons are:
The fund set which the fund belongs to is deactivated, thus preventing
the fund status <LS>closed</> to be set successfully.
The fund has still budget (Available-To-Reserve) which needs to be
transfered/canceled before the fund status <LS>closed</> can be set
The fund is corrupted, thus preventing any status changes.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Activate the fundset.
Check the fund in the funds management application.
Nullify the budget (Available-To-Reserve) in the funds management
application
Try to manually copy each top node fund with the fund management
application to detect corrupted funds
