  • What causes this issue?

    When copying or deleting a fund which is assigned to a partner
    hierarchy, the fund status is set accordingly to <LS>released</> /
    <LS>cancelled / locked</> or <LS>closed</>. This process can fail,
    possible reasons are:
    The fund set which the fund belongs to is deactivated, thus preventing
    the fund status <LS>closed</> to be set successfully.
    The fund has still budget (Available-To-Reserve) which needs to be
    transfered/canceled before the fund status <LS>closed</> can be set
    The fund is corrupted, thus preventing any status changes.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Activate the fundset.
    Check the fund in the funds management application.
    Nullify the budget (Available-To-Reserve) in the funds management
    application
    Try to manually copy each top node fund with the fund management
    application to detect corrupted funds
