If a fund is assigned to a partner hierarchy, the only statuses allowed
are released, canceled or locked. In order to set a different status
you need to remove the fund from the partner hierarchy first. The
partner hierarchy is assigned to the corporate channel partner defined
in the <LS>Account</> field of the fund.
