<ZH>Example</>
The error can occur in the following case:
You have a lease for 10 high-end servers with a contract start date of
January 1, 2005 and 12 monthly installments. The lease for two of these
servers was ended prematurely in a change process on April 1, 2005. The
item with the remaining quantity of 8 servers thus comprises 3 monthly
installments that are identified as settled in the lease and 9 monthly
installments as of April 1, 2005 that can be changed.
You now want to end the lease prematurely for another 3 servers and
enter March 1, 2005 as the change date. This date, however, is earlier
than the first monthly rate indicated as not settled and therefore is
not valid. The earliest date at which you can end the lease for these
servers is April 1, 2005. Alternatively, you could have created a
contract split by quantity when you created the first change process.
You can still reverse the process.
