uncommon, sometimes the attributes of closed cases are not removed from
all of the buffer tables and the inconsistencies cause errors.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Close all open cases and return to the Home page; this will reset the
buffer tables. Then try again.
