In Organizational Management, divisions are maintained for sales areas,
although divisions are not used in CRM.
The initial download for customers and contact persons will not be
carried out.
Do one of the following:
Delete the assignment of divisions to sales organizations in
Organizational Management.
Activate divisions in Customizing for Organizational Management in
the activity <DS:SIMG.CRMC_ORGMAN_DIV1>Use Division</>.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
