no mapping defined between the ERP system and the CRM sales areas.
The initial download for customers and contact persons will not be
performed.

Check that the Customizing download for the download object
<ls>DNL_CUST_S_AREA</> is performed successfully.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
