must be identical to the end of the service billing period.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Billing period for service: 01/01/2003-01/31/2003, 02/01/2003-02/28/2003
, and so on.
You have to terminate the pool linkage on February 28, 2003 (or the last
day of another month) for the billing period to remain synchronous.
