  • What causes this issue?

You want to shift change numbers. Change number &V1& interferes with
another change status. Change statuses cannot exceed each other because
of a shift in the date of a change number.
    This problem can occur when:
you create an object without using a change number and then use a
change number to shift the date to one before the creation date.
an object has been changed using several change numbers and you want to
shift the change number for one or more of them.

    How can this happen?

An object was created on 1/1/1994 and changed using a change number on
10/1/1994. The "valid from" date in the change number is to be shifted
to 1/1/1993. This shift is not allowed because the new date is before
the validity period of the object version originally changed using the
    change number.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the objects affected.
