  • What causes this issue?

    A goods issue for a production or process order is being posted. In the
    process, the system detects that the original batch &v1& is assigned to
    the production or process order. A different original batch (&v2&) is
    assigned to the component currently being checked, the material of the
    original batch being the same.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    System Response

    You can specify in Customizing whether a warning or error message is to
    be issued (<DS:TRAN.OMILL_T160M>Message Control</>).

    How to fix this error?

    If you ignore the message, a batch that prevents batch purity (in the
    sense of the original batch) will be used as a component for production.
    Check whether this is admissible.
