What causes this issue?

You want to delete a partial quantity. You cannot do this because an
order was already generated for this partial quantity.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You can change the quantity of the order already generated by selecting
the line and selecting "Branch to order". The changed quantity must not
be zero.
