What causes this issue?

In order to convert original application files you will need the
following:
A converter
The documents that you want to convert must have already been saved
At least one of the above was not available or completed in the
apoplication log messages up to the this point.
To relieve the system the conversion job is cancelled and will be
restarted autmatically in approximately 1 hour.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
