  • What causes this issue?

An activation job in the batch has been terminated.
    The job name is: &v3&

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

During activation, packages are activated package by package. A package

Package size for automatic activation is set to 10 objects/package by
    default.

    System Response

    How to fix this error?

    ,,
Look in the job log (transaction SM37) for job &v3&. You might find the
reason for the termination in the log. Activate the object manually in
RSOR online (not in the batch).
If the object is responsible for the termination, you will see a proper
error message there. Alternatively, you could reduce the size of the
package for automatic activation and activate it again.
