  • What causes this issue?

In the status table the object still has status inactive or
inconsistent. There can be various reasons for this.
The status displayed is not current. Check whether the time stamp (in
the Content Activator ALV output) is current for the object. There might
have been no activation run started since the last activation.
Activation has not produced error messages. In spite of this, the object
could not be activated. This can be caused by a BW tool error or an
inconsistency in the BI Content object. For example, update rules
(UPDR) without data targets are active although activation has not taken
    place.
Activation has not been attempted. Search in job log SM37 for jobs with
the description BICONT_AUTOACT_X* ( X = name of TLOGO object).

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

If the object status is up to date, there is probably an inconsistency.
Try to activate the object using transaction RSOR. Check that activation
has actually taken place and that the object is available in the system.
