material number from an SAP system in which the long material number is
active. The product concerned has probably not yet been downloaded to
the CRM/EBP system or the product was created originally in the CRM/EBP
system but not yet uploaded to the SAP system.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

The product must either be downloaded from the SAP system or uploaded to
this system.
