    Make sure a valid user credentials are entered in
    <DS:TRAN.SOAMANAGER>SOAMANAGER</> for the Consumer Proxy ,,
    <ZH>CO_CODERINT_CONNECTIVITY_CHECK</>
    The user has the required role in the target system. For example for HCI
    a valid SCN user should be used and the user should have the role
    <ZH>ESBMessaging.send</>

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
