    Because of a previous change process, one component has been generated
    with the change indicator "plus" and one with change indicator "minus".
    These components form a logical unit and must be treated together by
    subsequent change processes. In this change process, it was determined
    that these components are to be assigned to a different operation. The
    change step to which this message refers is one of these new
    assignments. A conflict, to which this message refers, was determined
    for the assignment.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    To maintain consistency in the original order after it has been
    adjusted, choose the new assignments identically.
