  • What causes this issue?

A target value in the mapping has the same value as an account.
There is a 1:1 relation between accounts and primary cost elements, which
is realized by providing the same name for the corresponding objects. If
a cost element has the same name as an account, it is considered as a
primary cost element. Therefore a rename or merge to a name that is used
by an account is not permitted without a chart of account conversion.
You cannot run the transformation solution because certain prerequisites
have not been met. Please change your mapping accordingly.
