    Activity can not proceed as there are inconsistent variants i,e few
    reports/variants are modified during the preparation phase of variant
    scan conversion.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    As the conversion will be done only for the consistent variants so you
    have to exclude all the inconsistent variants by executing the activity
    'Diaplay Consistency' activity and click on 'exclude' button OR
    else if you want include all the inconsistent variants for conversion
    then you have to once again execute all the activities start from
    'Analyse Reports'.
