    Investment program positions have a hierarchical relationship.
    Higher-level investment program position &V1& (investment program,
    position ID, approval year) = &V2& will be deleted;
    Lower-level investment program position &V3& (investment program,
    position ID, approval year) = &V4& will not be deleted.

    How to fix this error?

    Find out if a partial deletion of a hierarchy tree is intended, or if
    additional program positions (e. g. without an assignment to an
    organizational unit) should be deleted.
    You can display program positions with transaction IM13.
    If a higher-level program position is missing, the display may not work
    for the related program positions.
    Having made an adjustment, you should execute the consistency check once
    again. To do so, execute transaction CNV_20551_MONITOR and choose object
    type IM_POSNR. There you can press the push button for consistency
    check.
    After conclusion of the clarification, change the red light (error) to
    yellow (warning).
