    Investment program positions have a hierarchical relationship.
    Higher-level investment program position &V1& (investment program,
    position ID, approval year) = &V2& will not be deleted;
    Lower level investment program position &V3& (investment program,
    position ID, approval year) = &V4& will be deleted.

    Find out if a partial deletion of a hierarchy tree is intended, or if
    additional program positions (eg. without an assignment to an
    organizational unit) should be deleted.
    Program positons can be displayed with transaction IM13.
    After an adjustment you should execute the consistency check once again.
    For this, execute transaction CNV_20551_MONITOR and choose object type
    IM_POSNR. There you can press the push button for consistency check.
