    The activity element &V1& that is to be created refers to the main
    activity &V2&, for which at least one of the following system statuses
    is active:
    LKD Locked
    TECO Technically completed
    CLSD Closed
    DLFL Deletion flag
    DLT Deletion indicator

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    System Response

    The system does not create the activity element. The individual BAPI
    finishes with errors.

    How to fix this error?

    Create an activity element for an activity only for which none of the
    above systems statuses is active.
