not supported for networks.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Either use a scheduling type that does not have the <zh>Basic dates
with time of day</> indicator set or, if you have authorization for
Customizing, remove the indicator.
