Message text: SXS reference in routing deleted (Not possible to display)
The selected SXS reference node was deleted in the <DS>
<DS:GLOS.3526C467AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>routing</></> and flagged for
deletion in the database.
The SXS reference node flagged for deletion is no longer displayed in
the routing.
In contrast to nodes of non-historical trees of the <DS>
<DS:GLOS.3526C388AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>production order</></> or the
<DS>XStep repository</></>, nodes of historical <DS>
<DS:GLOS.463635950E355841B1F5F8904C71718F>XStep trees</></> of the
routing are not physically deleted from the database tables when they
are deleted in the XS editor. They are merely flagged for deletion in
the corresponding database tables.
Only if the associated planning recipe is deleted or archived can the
assigned XStep trees similarly be physically deleted or archived.

CMX_XSR009
- SXS reference in routing deleted (Not possible to display) ?The SAP error message CMX_XSR009 indicates that there is an issue with a routing in the system, specifically that a reference in the routing has been deleted, making it impossible to display the routing information. This error typically arises in the context of production planning and control, where routings are essential for defining the sequence of operations required to manufacture a product.
Cause:
- Deleted Routing: The most common cause of this error is that the routing associated with a particular material or production order has been deleted or is no longer available in the system.
- Data Inconsistency: There may be inconsistencies in the database, such as orphaned references where the routing was deleted but still referenced by other objects.
- Transport Issues: If the routing was recently transported from one system to another (e.g., from development to production), there may have been issues during the transport process that led to the routing not being available.
Solution:
- Check Routing Existence: Verify if the routing still exists in the system. You can do this by navigating to the routing transaction (e.g., CA03) and checking if the routing for the specific material is available.
- Recreate the Routing: If the routing has been deleted, you may need to recreate it. This involves defining the operations, work centers, and other relevant details again.
- Check for Transport Errors: If the issue arose after a transport, check the transport logs for any errors or warnings that might indicate why the routing is missing.
- Database Consistency Check: Run consistency checks in the system to identify and resolve any inconsistencies in the database that may be causing the issue.
- Consult with IT Support: If you are unable to resolve the issue, it may be necessary to consult with your SAP support team or IT department for further investigation and assistance.
