    configuration folder does not allow this.

    The system does not create a Baseline.

    How to fix this error?

    To release a configuration folder for Baselining, select the symbol
    |@DF@ on the <LS>ConfFolder</> tab page. This sets the system status
    <LS>CBAL</> (Baselining allowed).

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
