    You want to change the administration organizational unit of object with
    ID &V1& of Type &V2&. However, the system was unable to update the
    object status when you executed the Change of Administration
    Organization Unit report with Run ID &V3&.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    System Response

    The system does not consider the collateral object for processing.

    How to fix this error?

    Analyze the application log to identify the reason for the status not
    being updated and resolve the issue.
    Execute the reprocessing report to update the status of the entity.
    Rerun the Change of Administration Organizational Unit report after the
    system updates the status of the entity successfully.
