    You want to change the administration organizational unit of collateral
    agreement with ID &V1& and type &V2&. However, the system does not allow
    you to change the administration organizational unit of a collateral
    agreement if it is subject to the release procedure.

    System Response

    The system does not consider the collateral agreement for processing
    while executing the <ZK>Change of Administration Organizational Unit</>
    report.

    How to fix this error?

    Before executing the report, complete the release procedure for the
    collateral agreements whose organizational unit is to be changed.
