    The system does not support the setting combination <ZK><LS>New Value
    Assignment</></> = <ZK>Active </>and <LS>Value Assignment Change </> =
    <ZK>Inactive</>.

    A new value assignment instance is only considered to be new if there
    have been no entries. Entries in the value assignment instance are
    interpreted as changes. Consequently, the usage is overwritten when you
    enter the <LS>New Value Assignment</> = <ZK>Active </>setting.

    How to fix this error?

    Set both indicators to <ZK>active</>.
