    Customizing, you can use the regulatory list globally, meaning it is
    available for every location (regardless of the location's country or
    region). If you have specified a country or region for the regulatory
    list, then you can only use that regulatory list for locations with the
    same country or region.

    The amount category of the OEL is identical to that of the amount.
