configured the <LS>Basic Information</> tab of an incident to be hidden
for people who do not have the corresponding access level assigned to
their users. However, the <LS>Basic Information</> tab must not be
hidden for any system user.
The system must not hide the <LS>Basic Information</> tab. Therefore the
tab is displayed but its content is hidden and disabled.
In Customizing activity <LS>Assign Access Level to Tabs</> under
<LS>Environment, Health, and Safety -> Incident Management -> General
Configuration</>, assign the <NP>Basic Information / Standard Data</>
access level to the <LS>Basic Information</> tab (<NP>MAINVIEW_1</>).
