The data of a person assigned to the incident was entered directly by
the reporting person. It is therefore preliminary and must be replaced
by an existing person or a new person.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
You can search for a person by choosing the search help of the <LS>Name
</> field. When you select a person from the search results, the system
updates the data record with the person information that is stored in
<LS>Personnel Management (PA)</> or <LS>Business Partner</> for the
chosen person.
You can also create a person directly in the data record. Select the
<LS>Create</> link next to the <LS>Name</> field to directly enter and
edit the person information.
