contributing scenario</> from the ESComXML file if the UUID identifier
exists uniquely in specification management.

specification type in <DS:TRAN.CG02>specification management</>.
Ensure that the UUID identifier of the specifications is unique. Change

the specification listing for the <LS>Use and Exposure Scenario</> value
assignment type.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
