The system transfers the placeholder 9999999999 to the ESComXML file
instead of the invalid phrase of characteristic &V2&.
The placeholder is copied to the ESComXML file.

Make sure that the ESCom phrase exists in the active phrase library
(transaction <DS:TRAN.CG12>Edit Phrases</>).
The ESCom phrase must be assigned to the phrase set that is assigned to
the characteristic &V2& (transaction <DS:TRAN.CGAB>Edit Phrase
Set-to-Attribute Assignment</>).
