What causes this issue?

The system cannot generate and send an ESComXML file for report shipping
order &V1& because the final report of the extended safety data sheet
(eSDS) does not contain exposure scenarios for the selected
<DS:DE.ESEREPUSVIEW>report view</>.

System Response

The extended safety data sheet for report shipping order &V1& is sent
without an annex and without an ESComXML file.
The change made to the communication of the shipping order is not
reversed. The change to the output format caused by the change to the
communication is not reversed either.

How to fix this error?

If you want to send an ESComXML file for an extended safety data sheet,
make sure that the extended safety data sheet contains exposure
scenarios. The output of exposure scenarios depends on the report view.
If report shipping is triggered by a delivery or a sales order, the
system uses the report view <ZH>eSDS attachment with customer-dependent
uses </> (CUS).
Check in the <DS:TRAN.CG02>Substance Workbench</> if the specification
data for your exposure scenarios have been maintained according to the
selected report view.
