  • What causes this issue?

    One or more recipients who have been specified in a notification could
    not be mapped to a cloud user identity.

    System Response

    A notification has been sent to the users who could be mapped. A new
    notification has been created for the other users and put into a new
    background RFC queue that is ready to be started again.

    How to fix this error?

    Check whether all users who are listed as recipients in the notification
    are available in the system and that a valid cloud user identity can be
    retrieved.
    A valid cloud user identity can be, for example, the e-mail address of
    the user who has been entered into the user data.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
