    You are trying to classify an object with a characteristic that stores i

    the classifications are transported has to match the scope of the
    characteristic.
    This means that local characteristics can only be used to classify local
    objects, and characteristics with software component HOME can only be
    used to classify objects that are either local or belong to software
    component HOME as well.
