Message class: CL - Classification
Message number: 201
Message text: No statistics created for class type &
You called the central module for finding objects in a class. No
statistics on characteristic values have been created for this class.
If you create statistics on the characteristic values assigned to
objects in the class, a search strategy can be defined for the class.
This can make finding objects in the classes much quicker.
In statistics, the characteristics are sorted by the number of
classified objects that have the same characteristic value. Since
characteristics that have few objects with identical values can be
found quickest, these characteristics are displayed at the beginning of
the search statistics. Once statistics have been created, they are used
by the system for finding objects.
Statistics are created across all the classes of a class type that
have the characteristic concerned.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
To create statistics from this message:
<DS:TRAN.CLST>Proceed</>
ENDIF
You can also create statistics by calling the function from the
classification menu.
We advise you to execute this function from time to time, to enable you
to access relatively current value statistics all the time.
