between the old and new date, a change has been made to allocation &V1&
to class &V2& &V3&. This means that the change is not consistent.

The consistency of a change is violated if the following changes have
    been made with a <DS:GLOS.change_number>change number</>
in the time period between the old and new date:
    Changes to the class itself
Changes to the objects allocated to the class
Changes to the values assigned to the objects

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
