    material master of material &V2& in plant &V3&, or make sure that a
    valid apportionment structure is found.
    The <DS:GLOS.quantity_structure_date>quantity structure date</> for the
    cost estimate must be before the <LS>Valid-to date</> in the
    apportionment structure. In addition, the quantity structure date must
    not be the same as the <LS>Valid-to date</>.
