What causes this issue?

You want to carry out a consistency check for

However, the data of the production version you selected must not be
changed.
The following requirements must be met in order that a production
version may be edited:

You are authorized to change data records of the production version.

System Response

The system performs the consistency check. However, you cannot save

If you do not have the authorization, contact your system
administrator.
