What causes this issue?

The standard indicator has not been set for any of the processes
allocated to the work center
Only processes for which a standard indicator has been set can be
selected automatically for the calculation for standard values or for
simulation. If no process has been marked with a standard indicator,
you cannot use the automatic selection function.

How to fix this error?

If you want to use the automatic selection function, set a standard
indicator for at least one of the processes in the work center.
