occurs when alerts are deleted from shared memory for space reasons,
and means either that the SAP system is incorrectly configured (segment
size is too small), or that the connected Application Integration
Server has registered an unusually high number of errors in a period of
a few minutes.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
