  • What causes this issue?

    You can use this monitoring entry to monitor XI messages with the
    status <ZK>System Error</>.
    Only one alert is triggered for each error code. The current number
    of messages for each error code is also displayed in individual nodes
    with the type <ZK>Object Description</>.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Call the analysis method for the monitoring entry (by double-clicking
    the node) to display the messages in the status <ZK>System Error</> for
    the relevant error category.
    You can display the messages in the status <ZK>System Error</> with
    the relevant error code using the analysis method of an alert (by
    double clicking an alert in the alert list) or of an additional node
    <ZK>Number of Messages per Error Code</>.
    You can analyze the reason for the error in more detail here, and
    after correcting the error, release the messages for processing again.
