What causes this issue?

From the <LS>Goto</> menu, you chose function <LS>Object overview ->
Functional loc. BOMs</>.
The object overview shows a list of all change objects for which an
object management record exists in the selected change master record.
For object type <LS>Functional location BOM</>, individual
object-related changes are not supported in the selected change master.
This is because the indicator <LS> Management record required for each
object</> is not set.

How to fix this error?

If you want to control changes to functional location BOMs
individually,enter the indicator <LS>Management record required for
each obejct</>.
You can either enter object management records for individual
functionallocation BOMs manually or have them generated by the system
(indicator: <LS>Object management record generated</>).
