    You want to assign a revision level to a change made with reference to
    a change number.

    System Response

    Using settings in Customizing, the system determines the next available
    revision level within the defined sequence.
    You see this message in one of the following situations:
    No sequence has been defined for the revision levels for the material
    or document.
    The changes to the chosen material or document have already been
    labelled with all the predefined revision levels.

    How to fix this error?

    You cannot set a revision level for a change to a material or document
    until the revision level sequence has been created or extended.
    You maintain revision levels as follows:
