    You want to change or display a revision level for document &V1& &V2&
    &V3&. However, no version of this document exists which you can process
    using a revision level.

    System Response

    The system checks which versions of document &V1& &V2& &V3& exist.
    If versions exist, you see an overview of the individual versions with
    the change number and any revision levels assigned to each version.

    How to fix this error?

    Please check your entries.
    You can find a document using its parameters.
    Place the cursor on one field in the <GL:document_key>document key</>
    and display the possible entries.
    You see the initial screen, on which you can enter all the data you
    already know.
    The resulting list shows you the documents which fulfil your search
    criteria. You can select a document from this list.
