    How to fix this error?

    Check your entry. Correct the change number if appropriate.

    If you really want to change the BOM or routing/plan with change number
    &V1&, and you are authorized to create change masters, create a change
    master with change number &V1&. Otherwise, contact your system manager
    for engineering change management.
    2)
    If you are authorized to create change masters, create one with the
    required change number &V1&.
