What causes this issue?

Control recipe &V1& cannot be transferred for one of the following
reasons:
The control recipe does not exist in the ERP system.
The control recipe status prohibits the transfer. You can only transfer
control recipes that have status <LS>Created</>.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Correct the control recipe number if required.
