    How to fix this error?

    RESET N1
    Check and if necessary correct the characteristic name you have entered.
    If the characteristic name is correct, create the characteristic.
    Proceed as follows to do so:
    Characteristics whose names start with <LS>PPPI</> are standard
    characteristics predefined by SAP. In Customizing for <LS>Process
    Management</>, carry out the activity <LS>Transport Predefined
    Characteristics</>.
    All other characteristics must be created in Customizing for <LS>Process
    Management</>. To do so, carry out the activity <LS>Define
    Characteristics for Process Messages</> or <LS>Define Characteristics
    for Process Instructions</>
